It was a good day. We have so much to be thankful for. The sun was shining, Kylie had a good night of sleep (besides one dose of pain meds at 3:30am), cath sites look great, discharged before lunch, didn't hurt the not so nice doctor outside the elevator (details below) :), and after a three hour nap for Kylie, we learned how to use the green line (train) to do some sight seeing. We were back to our Boston Home by 6:30 for another delightful meal. All Kylie can talk about is dad coming tomorrow.
We will enjoy 2 days of seeing Boston before pre op on Tuesday and surgery on Wednesday.

A walk in the park...
Kylie's favorite part of the day, talking to family at home.
So one of our doctors has been very low on my like list. I have had 3 instances where she has turned me off, but won't bore you with each time. I had to pray for my attitude towards her this am. yesterday she came in and in a somber mood with a sad face says did you hear the news did anyone talk to you. At this point I almost burst into tears, my heart sunk, started to feel sick in the stomach, and then she mumbled something for 15 seconds which I could not understand. So after I said no I do not know anything yet she proceeds to say everything looks good and the surgeon has the final call but she believes it is a go. I seriously almost jumped out of my seat to strangle her. But it ran through my mind the security guys will believe the doctor and not the psycho mom! My friend also stated Massachusetts was too far to drive to visit me in prison. As you see prayer might be more needed for myself then Kylie at this point.
No wonder I felt the need to pray for you today. Massachusetts is too far to visit you in prison.
